Research is increasingly showing that gratitude is essential for enhancing wellbeing and overall quality of life. The concept of ‘shukr’ or gratitude is emphasized in Islam, ranging from gratitude to Allah (SWT) to gratitude to the creation as well.

This abstract design represents the Islamic understanding that shukr comes in many forms and shapes, as illustrated by the blue, orange and green shapes emerging from the Arabic calligraphy.
